Thursday evenings

Beginning October 31st for seven weeks


For those new to yoga, or those who want to deepen their yoga practice. A mindful class with focus on giving the body a gentle stretch, reducing stress,  moving the spine, and improving core stability, with a nourishing relaxation at the end. Everyone welcome.

Theme for this term:


As we move into the winter months, we will explore letting go of unhelpful thoughts, emotions and tired habits to bring calm and joy into our lives.

If you can make it every week:

£70 for seven classes

If you can make most classes but need the flexibility to miss one or two:

£55 for a five week pass, valid for this term only.

If you need complete flexibility:

£12 for weekly drop-in, subject to space in the class. Please let me know either in advance which classes you would like to attend, or by midday on the day of the class.

If you do choose to invest in the seven weeks, but miss a class ( for example due to illness, holiday, work arrangements) we can arrange to carry that class over to the next block of classes which will begin after Christmas 2019.


Payments can be made by bank transfer, cash or cheque. Please contact me directly to arrange the best method for you.

If you decide to invest in the seven week block, or the five week pass, please arrange to make payment by Thursday 24th of October to secure your place in the class. If you choose to drop-in please pay at the class. 




Please wear comfortable clothing. Bring water, and a cushion and blanket for relaxation. I have spare mats for those who need them.
