Classes will continue to be held online on ZOOM until the week beginning 17th of May when it will be possible to resume classes face to face.

Please wear comfortable clothing.


Please do ensure you have water, a cushion or two and blanket for relaxation. You may wish to invest in a bolster for relaxation and some postures but this is not essential. 


Classes are suitable for those new to yoga, or those who want to deepen their yoga practice. A mindful class with focus on giving the body a gentle stretch, reducing stress, finding stillness,  moving the spine, and improving core stability, with a nourishing relaxation at the end.
