Theme: 'BE HERE NOW' 

This term we will focus on really grounding ourselves in the present moment using specific Energy Block Release sequences (unique to Dru), plenty of wonderful breath work, and some new postures plus some old favourites. It is from the present moment that we can really access our true power.


Payments can be made by bank transfer, cash or cheque. Please contact me directly to arrange the best method for you.

Spring term:

If you can make it every week:

£60 for six classes

If you can make most classes but need the flexibility to miss one or two:

£44 for a four week pass, valid for the term only.

If you need complete flexibility:

£12 for weekly drop-in, subject to space in the class. Please let me know either in advance which classes you would like to attend, or by midday on the day of the class.

Try out a class: £10 for your first class. 




Please wear comfortable clothing. Bring water, and a cushion and blanket for relaxation. I have spare mats for those who need them. 


Classes are suitable for those new to yoga, or those who want to deepen their yoga practice. A mindful class with focus on giving the body a gentle stretch, reducing stress,  moving the spine, and improving core stability, with a nourishing relaxation at the end.
