All classes are held:

Thursday evenings 7:30-9pm 

Term 1: Final class February 13th

              Theme: 'BE HERE NOW' 

Term 2: Thursday 20th February -                    Thursday 19th March (5 weeks)

              Three week break

Term 3: Thursday April 16th - Thursday            21st May (6 weeks)

             One week break

Term 4: Thursday 4th June - Thursday                16th July (6 weeks)


Term dates for the second part of the year will be listed soon. 


Payments can be made by bank transfer, cash or cheque. Please contact me directly to arrange the best method for you.

Term 2

£50 for 5 classes

£12 for weekly drop-in, subject to space in the class. Please let me know either in advance which classes you would like to attend, or by midday on the day of the class.

Please contact me to make your payment and secure your place for Term 2  by Monday 17th February 2nd 2020.


My payment details remain the same for those students who already have them. 

Try out a class: £10 for your first class. 




Please wear comfortable clothing. Bring water, and a cushion and blanket for relaxation. I have enough mats for everyone but if you prefer your own please do bring it along. You may also wish to consider a bolster for relaxation. 


Classes are suitable for those new to yoga, or those who want to deepen their yoga practice. A mindful class with focus on giving the body a gentle stretch, reducing stress,  moving the spine, and improving core stability, with a nourishing relaxation at the end.
