Please contact me to book your place. Places are limited due to the desire to keep class size small enough to allow individual tailoring, and also the need to respect social distancing requirements.

I have mats available but you may wish to bring your own.
Please do bring your own water, a cushion or two and blanket for relaxation. Ensure you have everything you need to be very, very comfortable. You may wish to invest in a bolster for relaxation and some postures but this is not essential.
Classes are suitable for those new to yoga, or those who want to deepen their yoga practice. A mindful class with focus on giving the body a gentle stretch, reducing stress, finding stillness, moving the spine, and improving core stability, with a nourishing relaxation at the end.
